A day without electricity and connectivity

It’s been 25 hours, that I haven't access to both electricity and connectivity. Imagine if there is no coup happen on February 1st, I believe I can still access mobile internet. Starting from 2021 February, I’m sure if we can’t win the revolution, Myanmar will be one of the least developed countries again. Imagine a developing country without foreign direct investment. It’s like a person trying to survive without oxygen. As a white-collar from a third-world country, I had to depend on the internet to perform remote jobs from SEA countries. Even if I hadn’t access to electricity with mobile connectivity, it would be possible to track what is happening with the electricity in my township. But all the information is blackout by the military junta. For the people who still believe the coup about the military in Myanmar is right, try to survive with the internet which requires a VPN for formal Google search. I still heard that some people saying we should give the military a second chance, for those people I would ask them to live without connectivity and electricity for one day. Just one day. I’m the person who absolutely trusts in the second chance, but not this time. Writing this article with such an awful helpless feeling. Long live democracy.
